What are the prices based on?+
Prices are estimates based on the selected product, quantity, decoration method, print locations, and options. Shipping and tax are shown before payment.
Can I order one piece?+
Yes. Some products are available as single pieces, while supplier pack quantities may apply to certain items. The product page shows the current quantity details.
What artwork should I upload?+
Use a clear PNG or JPG and keep the full design inside the print boundary. The studio shows the selected print size and warns you when artwork extends beyond it.
Can I print the back or sleeve?+
When a product supports that location, select it below the preview. The design editor and 3D preview keep each location separate.
Can I change an order?+
Order changes are allowed before production begins. Contact EmRuth as soon as possible with your order reference.
What can I return?+
Custom printed items can be returned when they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. See the returns policy for the complete process.
