Using the site
Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Protect your account and do not attempt to access another person’s records, disrupt the service, or upload malicious files. You must have authority to place the order and permission to use the artwork you submit.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Quotes depend on the selected product, quantity, decoration, placement, and options. Tax and shipping are shown before payment when checkout is available. Product availability and production suitability may require review. We will contact you about a material error or unavailable item and seek your agreement to a change or provide an appropriate refund.
Orders and payment
Saved designs, quotes, requests, and interest forms do not place an order. Review all quantities, sizes, artwork, and shipping information before paying. A payment receipt confirms payment; any required artwork or production approval is handled separately. Payment details are handled by Stripe when its checkout is available.
Your designs
You keep ownership of your original artwork. You grant EmRuth and the service providers completing your order permission to store, reproduce, adjust for production, and apply that artwork only as needed to provide the requested services. You must have rights to logos, images, fonts, and other material you submit.
Policies and service availability
Our returns, shipping, cancellation, privacy, and artwork policies describe the corresponding parts of our service. POD integrations, seller payouts, and automated fulfillment are not activated merely by submitting interest. Availability of website features may change; contact us if a service interruption affects an existing order.
Rights and questions
