Before production
Contact EmRuth@emruthapparel.com or call (832) 361-7008 as soon as you need a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the requested change. Changes are allowed before production begins; we will confirm any revised price, artwork, or timing before proceeding.
After production begins
Once your custom order enters production, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may no longer be possible. We will explain the order status and available options. This does not remove rights related to defects, incorrect goods, shipping delays, or other rights required by law.
Saved work and requests
A saved design, quote, product request, or POD interest form is not a paid order or a production instruction. Deleting a saved record does not cancel an order that has already been placed.
