Destinations and charges
Online checkout supports eligible United States shipping addresses. Standard shipping is $8. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more, before shipping and tax. Taxes and the final shipping charge are displayed before payment. Free shipping does not waive taxes or optional services. Contact us about any destination not offered at checkout.
Production and transit
Custom production and carrier transit are separate stages. Timing depends on stock, quantity, decoration, artwork approval, and destination. Use the shipment timing stated for your order; do not assume that selecting a rush option guarantees a particular arrival date. Contact us before purchase about an event deadline.
Delays
If we cannot ship within the time promised for your order, we will notify you and offer the applicable choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. If no shipment time is stated, applicable order-shipping rules govern.
Address and delivery issues
Check your shipping address before payment and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Once shipped, an address change may not be possible. If a package arrives damaged, is missing, or shows delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can review the shipment and assist. Carrier tracking is evidence of shipment progress, not a waiver of your rights.
