A few good questions.
Can I order just one?
Yes. DTF customization has no minimum quantity. Screen printing starts at 10 identical items, and some specialist products have their own minimums. Your selection shows any requirements before ordering.
What is included in my price?
Your selected product, decoration areas and packaging. Standard shipping is free in the contiguous United States. Applicable tax and any selected Rush or Super Rush charge appear at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery is approximately 2 weeks after payment and artwork approval. Rush is 1 week (+15%) and Super Rush is 3 business days (+30%), subject to production availability. These are estimates; contact us before ordering for a firm event deadline.
Do I need a finished design?
No. Start with the designer’s text and artwork tools, or contact us for help with your idea. If you already have artwork, use the upload option after choosing your product.
Can I order embroidery?
Yes. Embroidery and specialist projects are quoted after we review your artwork and production requirements. Submit a request and we’ll confirm your options before you pay.
