Illustrative previews
Our product images are original stylized illustrations, not photographs of the exact item you will receive. Color previews are approximate. Fabric texture, heathering, trim, finish, and color can differ across screens, dye lots, materials, and decoration methods. Supplier color options do not guarantee current stock in every size.
Artwork and placement
Check spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and artwork before approval. Keep artwork within the displayed product boundary. Screen previews and saved mockups are planning aids; final placement and proportions can vary with garment size and production tolerances. We will address material departures from an agreed specification.
Print methods
DTF, embroidery, sublimation, UV-DTF, and specialty imprinting produce different textures, color effects, and detail. Some artwork or placements may require adjustments for the material or method. Contact us before ordering if exact color matching, very small details, or a specific placement is essential.
Permission and production review
Only upload artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. We may request proof of permission or decline material we cannot lawfully produce. Sending a file does not guarantee that it is production-ready. An approved customer spelling or design choice is different from a production defect; our returns policy explains the remedies for defects and errors.
