Information we receive
We receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, account identity, uploaded artwork, saved designs, product requests, POD interest, order selections, and correspondence. Account passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not readable passwords. Session and verification records help secure your account. When checkout is available, billing, shipping, payment status, and transaction details are used to process your order. Hosting and payment services may also process device, network, security, and usage information.
How we use it
We use information to operate your account, save your work, answer questions, calculate prices, process orders and payments, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry or POD interest does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who processes it
Our website hosting and storage providers process site and account data. Stripe processes payment details when you use Stripe Checkout; EmRuth does not collect or store full card numbers in this website. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails. FormSubmit forwards contact form submissions to our business inbox, and email providers process correspondence. FormSubmit receives the information you enter when you submit the form, along with technical information needed for delivery and abuse prevention. Suppliers, decorators, shipping carriers, and fulfillment providers receive the information needed to complete an order. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell customer information or use this site for cross-context advertising.
Your artwork
Uploaded artwork is used to provide design and order services. Sending artwork does not authorize us to use it in public marketing. See our artwork policy for the permission needed to produce your order.
Storage and retention
Saved records and artwork are stored with our hosting providers. We retain information as needed to provide services, resolve issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may remove supported saved records from your account or contact us for a deletion request; order or legal records may need to be retained. Deleting a saved record may not immediately remove backups or associated files.
Your choices
Contact EmRuth@emruthapparel.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask about privacy rights that apply where you live. We may verify your identity before responding. Browser controls can clear locally saved design and motion preferences. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in artwork or messages.
Security, children, and updates
We use access controls and service-provider security measures, but no system is completely secure. This service is intended for people who can place orders legally, not children under 13. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. We may update this notice as our services change; the date below identifies the current version.
