These terms apply to purchases and custom-order services from Emruth Apparel through emruthapparel.com and our approved quotes or invoices. Review them before placing an order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Quotes and order acceptance
A quote request, saved design, or mockup is an inquiry and does not place an order or charge you. Prices, quantities, garments, decoration, shipping, taxes, payment schedule, and timing are confirmed in the product listing or written quote before purchase. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Custom orders are accepted when we confirm the final order details and receive the agreed payment. An automated payment receipt alone does not confirm a custom production specification. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment for it.
Artwork, sizing, and approvals
You are responsible for confirming names, spelling, quantities, sizes, colors, placement, and artwork in the final proof and order summary. Production begins after the required approval and payment. Corrections to customer-approved errors may require a new quote; defects or deviations caused by us are handled under our refund policy. Screen colors, stock-photo previews, and Design Studio mockups are illustrative. Final print dimensions, decoration method, product selection, and any material differences must be confirmed before production.
Rights to submitted designs
Submit only content you own or are authorized to reproduce, including logos, trademarks, photos, and artwork. You give Emruth Apparel permission to use that content only as needed to prepare proofs and fulfill your request or order. You retain your rights in your submitted content. We will ask for separate permission before featuring your custom design or order photos in marketing. We may decline unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Prices and payments
All prices are in the currency shown at checkout or on your quote. Applicable taxes, shipping, and approved additional charges are disclosed before payment. Pay only through our approved checkout or invoice payment link; do not email card details. Any deposit, balance deadline, design fee, rush fee, or cancellation deduction must be stated and agreed before purchase. We do not apply new charges to an accepted order without your approval. Payment processing is provided by the provider identified at payment, which may include WooPayments or PayPal.
Production, shipping, and event dates
Production and shipping dates depend on artwork approval, payment, product availability, and the project specifications. Tell us your event date before ordering; rush service or an arrival guarantee applies only when expressly confirmed in writing. We will not substitute a materially different product without your approval. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice and the legally required opportunity to accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. Where no shipment time is stated, applicable shipment deadlines still apply.
Provide an accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly about an address change or missing or damaged package. Any additional delivery charge caused by a requested address change or incorrect address will be discussed before being charged. Carrier investigations do not remove your statutory rights.
Returns, refunds, and changes
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Personalized goods are generally not returnable for a change of mind, while defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods remain eligible for an appropriate remedy. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; we will confirm feasibility, costs, and timing before proceeding.
Accounts and website use
Keep your account details secure and provide accurate contact information. Do not interfere with the site, upload malicious files, or use another person’s account without permission. If placing an order for an organization, you must have authority to approve it and use the supplied artwork. A parent or guardian must approve purchases by a person who cannot legally enter the purchase agreement.
Errors and resolving concerns
If a listing or quote contains a material error, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order. You may accept the corrected offer or cancel for a full refund of the affected unfulfilled items. Please contact us first about an order concern so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including payment-provider dispute rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided when your order is accepted applies to that order unless you agree to a change. A specific written order agreement may supplement these terms, subject to mandatory law.
