How do I get a price?+
Send a quote request with your garment, quantity, decoration, size breakdown and artwork. We’ll review the details and confirm your official price. An inquiry does not commit you to an order.
Can I order for a school, business or church?+
Yes. Our custom-order flow is designed for schools, teams, businesses, churches and community organizations. Include your organization and event details in your request.
Do you handle bulk orders?+
Tell us your quantity, whether it’s 25, 50, 100, 200+ or another amount. Pricing depends on the garment and decoration, so we confirm bulk options in your quote.
Can you help with my design?+
Include your design idea and ask about artwork help or a mockup. Upload your logo or artwork when you have it. We’ll discuss the next steps before production.
What artwork files can I send?+
Use the quote form to upload a PNG, JPG or PDF up to 5 MB. For a larger file or another format, contact us to arrange a suitable transfer.
Can you meet a rush deadline?+
Include your event date and select “Rush requested” in the form. Rush orders depend on garment availability, the design and production capacity. We confirm availability before accepting the order.
How do shipping, pickup and returns work?+
Delivery arrangements and the applicable order terms are confirmed before you purchase. Contact us about a specific deadline, pickup request, order change or concern.
